FAQ
What owners actually ask.
These are the questions that come up on calls, in order of how often. Including the one about whether anybody is using this yet.
Do I have to hand over my invoices?
No. We tried that first and operators would not do it, which is fair — fifty invoices is a lot to send a stranger. Instead you describe what you charge on a fifteen-minute call and we build the price list from that. If you later want it checked against real jobs, that makes it sharper, but nothing depends on it.
What happens to jobs that genuinely cannot be priced online?
The form stops and asks for their phone number, and the enquiry reaches you by email and by text with everything they typed. That is a success, not an error. Guessing a number to avoid a handover is how a quoting tool loses somebody money.
Is an AI writing the prices my customers see?
No. A language model helps build your price list before it goes live, and you approve it. After that, every quote a customer sees is produced by a deterministic engine running your rules — same answers, every time, with no model involved. That is the whole design.
What if the price it shows is wrong?
It shows a range, not a firm number, and it says so. It also has a floor and a ceiling: a job that falls outside what you would normally take is handed to you instead of priced. You approve the price list before it goes live and every published version is kept, so you can always see exactly what a customer was told and when.
Will publishing prices bring me fewer leads?
Probably, and that is the point. What you lose are the people who were going to hear the number on the phone and disappear — you just stopped spending an hour finding that out. The measure worth watching is cost per booked job, not cost per lead.
How does it go on my website?
One script tag and one div, wherever you want the form. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and anything else that lets you paste HTML, and there is a WordPress plugin if you would rather. Nothing about your existing site changes.
Does it work with GoHighLevel?
Yes. Every quote and every handover can post straight into GHL as a contact and an opportunity, with the quote details as custom fields, so your existing follow-up workflows run on top of it. GHL is a channel for the leads, not where the pricing happens.
Who is already using it?
Nobody yet. This is early and we would rather say so than invent a case study — a product that sells honest numbers cannot open with a made-up one. What exists is a working engine, a working widget, and demo forms on this site you can try right now.
Something not answered here?
Ask it directly — a person replies, usually the one who built this.
